I was there for three hours and forty five minutes for my appointment to change oil. They are very unorganized. My appointment was scheduled for 8, when they knew part of it was going to require contacting H appointment to change oil. They are very unorganized. I thought Waikim's was bad. You are tied with them! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on March 8th. I sat there for an hour and half! I had asked if the window washer fluid would be filled. They said everything will be topped off,WRONG! I was half way home when the low windshield fluid light came on. I went straight back to Hyundai. Robert put half of a gallon in. Then he said he only had to put about a 1/4 in. He lied right to my face. I was in the car but I could see everything. It was marked on my paper that it was checked. I wonder what else wasn't checked! More
The service manager was horrible. Always the same with that guy. Pricing is never what he says and he never helps with warranty items.
