Schedules maintenance 5 weeks out, and if you miss the window of you mileage they refuse to give you the free oil change. We have been going to Waikem Hyundai for 7 years since the purchase of our Elantra. Charlie Minner, in the service department, has always greeted us with a smile and goes out of his way to help us with w the purchase of our Elantra. Excellent customer service I have had my sonata for 6 weeks. Terry Warren was my sales person. She has made sure I knew she was just a phone call away. I had an unexpected problem with my car. I took it into service and she really stepped up to the plate again and made sure I was taken care of with no inconvenience to me. I left tonight feeling like my concerns and I are very important. This is the best service I have ever had and I couldn't be more happy. I would send anybody to Waikem and to see Terry in a heartbeat. Thanks Terry for all you do!! More
