Sold me Hyundai Tucson, knowing it had an engine defect. At 38,000 miles, engine seized while driving 70 on highway, very traumatic with vehicles trying not to hit me. Took 6 weeks to install new engine, due to 6 other vehicles in the sho,with the same problem. Asked Manager to give me a call, after a salesperson called me to ask how my car is doing. MY car is in the SHOP, Salesperson oblivious. Never received a call from the manager Still waiting on Hyundai to refund my $860 towing. I was ,92 miles from dealership. Diehl is the closest Hyundai dealer. I'll never buy a vehicle again from Waikem,,/Diehl More

My alternator went out and I was told it would be a week for my vehicle to be seen. They had my vehicle repaired and back to me in 2 and a half days under warranty. Tried calling three separate times for a service appt. Finally had to drive there to set up appt. Only saving grace was the asst serv manager who went I over and above to try and solve my software issue. Finally had to drive there to set up appt. Only saving grace was the asst serv manager who went I over and above to try and solve my software issue. Stayed over an hour to talk with Hyundai customer service and Bluelink. I still have the same issue which has not been corrected with Hyundai . I won't go back there unless it has to do with a recall and I won't refer anyone there.
