Made me wait almost 3 month for a key that toke an outside Third party witch could of done in the first 2 weeks made one Excuse after another and avoided calls. I was very highly disappointed in the lack of professional approach. This company, this dealership is supposed to be. An expert on my brand a vehicle. Yet they came up short. Cause it should only took in the 2 weeks because I brought up the idea of hiring an outside professional to do a key. Everyone was very friendly. I actually was there to get my car serviced. While I was there I was just looking at what cars they had. Siara let me browse without trying to mak I actually was there to get my car serviced. While I was there I was just looking at what cars they had. Siara let me browse without trying to make me feel pressured into buying anything. She was there to answer any questions I might have. It turned out I that ended up purchasing a new car. Siara made it very easy to get me great financing and a good trade in on my old car. I am very satisfied with my new car and everyone who helped. More

2nd visit to dealership. Asked to have something removed but tech did not do it Service rep did it. Left dealership and returned only to find out protocols had changed. Felt tech should know what cars are newer and which ones are older to today's technology. I am going to be looking for a car next year and having hard time deciding on this dealership.
