I had just the interior of my car detailed when I came to pick it up. It was his gorgeous as the day. I drove it off the lot. Great job. Usually a great experience- but this last time I can’t say the same. The service advisor was amazing but what should have been a 60-90 min visit was a 2.5 hour appointment for oil change, tire rotation an say the same. The service advisor was amazing but what should have been a 60-90 min visit was a 2.5 hour appointment for oil change, tire rotation and two filter replacements. The technician needed to access my glove box for a filter change but left my glove box trashed - where i found items on my passenger side floor and under the passenger side seat that were once neatly arranged in my glove box. I find this lack of respect to my personal property unacceptable. A call was placed to my service advisor immediately upon finding my car in this condition. I will be requesting another service technician work on my car in the future or I will find another service center that treats their customers properly respectfully. More
They’re pretty helpful, friendly, they let you know about everything you need to do, can do, and that you don’t have to do it all in one visit. We had to have an entire engine replaced under warranty from Hyundai. They easily managed the whole claim, got the work done in under a week and had us up and running with no troubles at all. Chris Wright is a 10! ! He keeps me coming back. I've had issues prior, last appointment power was out, had to reschedule. Something always happens there since dealer na ! He keeps me coming back. I believe that I was cheated in my dealing for my service appointment. I charged $160+ for replace of a battery in my key fob. That's ridiculous.
