He was able to get us what we wanted in the price range we wanted to spend. Without all the awful waiting and anxiety of haggling. He also went over my new car with me in detail. I felt well informed to find out my daughter who bought the same car from another dealership a few months before didn't know several of the functions. When it came to the financing Samantha was fast and friendly as we were on a time crunch. Don was around to congratulate us and thank us for our purchase. I really felt everyone especially Vaughn was just as happy to see us get the car we wanted as we were. He even checked to see how the car was and if I was happy the next day.
