Tried calling three separate times for a service appt. Finally had to drive there to set up appt. Only saving grace was the asst serv manager who went I over and above to try and solve my software issue. Finally had to drive there to set up appt. Only saving grace was the asst serv manager who went I over and above to try and solve my software issue. Stayed over an hour to talk with Hyundai customer service and Bluelink. I still have the same issue which has not been corrected with Hyundai . I won't go back there unless it has to do with a recall and I won't refer anyone there.
