I scheduled warranty repair on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I was told it would take about an hour to fix. Everything was fine till it took over 2 hours for my vehicle to be done. The service manager apologize I was told it would take about an hour to fix. Everything was fine till it took over 2 hours for my vehicle to be done. The service manager apologized for the amount of time it took. It was just frustrating not getting an update why it was taking so long. More

Vaughn in the sales department sold me the car originally and did a wonderful job of explaining the various nuances of the car and helping set up the phone, guidance system, etc. More
