Mistake there as there was misunderstanding on both parts. I paid cash so a little unhappy I wasn't told that. It was at least 4 hours of time spent there. More
Like anywhere, you'll need to schedule service well in advance. However, the sales department had everything we wanted to see, in stock and ready to ride home! We loved our salesman, Ryan. Disappointed this visit to diehl hyundai. I talked to Hyundai directly for an oil consumption test. Which they said I was able to do. I went into dealership my service advisor I normally deal I talked to Hyundai directly for an oil consumption test. Which they said I was able to do. I went into dealership my service advisor I normally deal with was not there. A younger kid who was super nice helped me schedule it. No body told me or probably that nice guy that it needs to be approved. I was left with a wasted day and time. My car didn’t even get touched. I never even got a call back after asking more questions. I came picked up my car and no more was done. Totally different experience from the last time. Just because a Hyundai has over 100k on it doesn’t dismiss customer service. I also brought up my noise in my front end of car is still there after they got me on brakes stating that was the noise. Nobody looked at that either. Something needs to change someone should take ALL Hyundai owners seriously. Sad very sad when it’s a recall zero customer service. More
