My check engine light was on. I stopped at the dealership to see if it would hurt to drive my car. I said the light just came on and I didn't know what was wrong. I had a ride home so I dropped it off on Monday evening. He said it would have to be put on the diagnostic and I said you already told me that. On Tuesday or Wednesday he said he had to order the parts; he called me. I got a text when the parts were in and he called Thursday and said it was done. I paid for it and left More

Joe Capuano did a fantastic job. He was a class act on every front. The sales manager was helpful with the information I requested, but not very friendly or welcoming both times I He was a class act on every front. Also, the gal on the phone assured me that they would be willing to come down on price, which got me in the door. That was not the case. Sales manager said car was under market value, but that was not what the KBB said. Not a good look for the dealership, I told Joe. Finance manager did a great job, as did the man who taught me in detail, how the car works before I left. He was wonderful. I do feel we got an excellent product there. More
