My service coordinator Molly is excellent, she is amazing! But I had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change in a hot waiting room that the AC wasn’t on in. I was told it would take 1.25 hours. amazing! We had the worst experience of purchasing a car we’ve ever had. This is our 13th car we’ve purchased, first time using Diehl Hyundai, and we will definitely never be back. Our sales representative was WO ever had. This is our 13th car we’ve purchased, first time using Diehl Hyundai, and we will definitely never be back. Our sales representative was WONDERFUL, but once it came to financing, it all went downhill. He lied to us about not being able to use our pre-approval and kept pushing we could just refinance once we got the first statement even though it cost us 1.91%, told us the wrong payment amount by about $20, chose a different loan term than we told him we had our pre-approval for, did not show us the price or information about the add-ons we purchased, and more. We tried to speak with someone else in management/finance who told us sorry, nothing we can do. This experience was miserable. More
