I went to Diehl first because they were the closest to my house. I had 2 other dealerships I planned to visit prior to purchasing a Tucson. I never got to another dealership because Joe Capuano and Tristan S house. I had 2 other dealerships I planned to visit prior to purchasing a Tucson. I never got to another dealership because Joe Capuano and Tristan Stebart did an excellent job of convincing me to purchase a new car from Diehl. They made the car buying experience fun and enjoyable. I would have given Diehl a 5 except I was never told the cost for Zurich Shield. I made a big mistake not asking what it cost. To me the cost of $2,000 was not worth it. I expected more transparency. More
