Im on my 3rd Elantra and love the car. I recently moved up from Florida and used your dealership to get tires and to fix my horn. Likeable rep. But very bad communication. I had appt and received reminder text but Dealership had “no record” of said app. Rescheduled. You diid not complete items requested. Need a horn and that was not addressed. Called service rep with no answer and no call back. Currently looking for a different place for service. Would not recommend Diehl. More
