The scheduling and the time it took to get the vehicle diagnosed were very minimal. I was very happy with the outcome and that the vehicle was fixed within three hours. Dealership (Salesman) was very helpful and very patient during the couple times that we came to test out the cars. The CRV – EX seems to be exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. We had a warning light come on soon as we got it home and they gave us a loaner car and treated us with great respect until they were able to fix it in a few days. We did not have a great experience on the day that we came for signing. We were told we had to close by Tuesday and I said we hated to wait around so please have everything ready. We had to wait quite a while until our car was ready for us to take. Also we were pressured by the salesman And the finance department to buy gap insurance. First, it was about $50 a month and then he said he could lower it to about $27 per month. We called our insurance man and got it for about four dollars per month! Thus in general, We would give our experience of four star out of five. I would recommend the dealership and the salesman, but I would warn people about the selling tactics. More

Came in for servicr for new window seals. 4 of them I was quoted 680 and two hours. Decided to do only two. Was told it would be half the cost. Tried to charge me 580 after 4 hours.
