He was patient with our many questions as we considered two different cars, but ultimately decided on this vehicle. When I picked the car up he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the features and continued the follow up a few days later. No respect for customers AFTER the deal is made. I am that guy that buys a new vehicle every couple years. I bought a new Subaru from Waikem and it went as good as any other dealer. A year later I wanted a truck and found exactly what I wanted. This one had some minor issues they agreed to repair on the "We owe" form. Fix a couple scratches, add weather tech floor mats and new tires because the current tires were down to the wear marker. A couple weeks later I returned to pick up my truck and found the following: The tires were replaced but not new, the floor mats weren't for the correct year and the scratches were buffed, but still there. Their service manager tried to lie and tap dance around the tires, but it is simple. If the little tabs aren't there, they aren't new! DUH! Overall it was okay, but a lackluster car buying experience. Fast forward a couple years and it was time to buy a new truck. Clearly "Take-em Waikem" was not even an option so I went to a dealership with a better reputation in Massillon. Greatest experience ever! When I purchased my new Chevy truck I was told I had a refund on my extended service contract and had to return to Waiken to process the refund. I was told by Jared Swineheart, Finance Manager, (half of the last name is correct, the other half is clearly missing.) that I should have it in six weeks. I did not. I called at week seven and Jared then told me not to worry about it until week eight. Week eight came, my refund did not and Jared ignored four voicemails from me inquiring as to if there was anything I needed to do. I contacted the extended service company and was told they issued the check to Waikem on January 8th. Here we are at February 14th, I call and had to fight to speak to Jared. He asked for an updated address which I had already given him once in person and again when I called on week seven. He told me he may not have received any of my four voicemails as he shares the office with another crook, my bad, employee. I get the sharing of the office, but the voicemail was personalized with his name. I believe this is referred to as a lie? Something I have come to realize must be part of their training program. George Sr would be very disappointed in the disaster of uncaring and unorganized liars his offspring have embraced and tolerated. Bottom line, I will NEVER go there or allow anyone I care about go there. Those I don't like, I will send them in droves! I honestly think JD Buy-rider has a more credible group of employees. Complete opposite of their commercials and what George's business model was. STAY AWAY!!!! More

My husband and I were very pleased w the price, as it was much lower than another dealership in Akron! We took the online price to the dealership the next day (12/20/2018) . Duane Carnathan gave us that online price , stress free, with no haggling. Duane was a very nice person to deal with. It felt like he treated my husband and myself like family.
