Within a matter of 24 hours he had the exact car delivered from another dealership and had me in to sign papers. Never was I rushed and I felt more than comfortable leasing my new Honda! Great experience 2 times in 2 years I have purchased 2 CRV's in the past two years from Dustin Shahan. One was in December 2014 which was a new CRV and the second was a used 2009 CRV th I have purchased 2 CRV's in the past two years from Dustin Shahan. One was in December 2014 which was a new CRV and the second was a used 2009 CRV that we purchased for our daughter. I feel that Dustin does a great job listening to what you are looking for and he does his best to get you the car you want at the best price. We live in Wooster, Ohio and he drove the 2009 out to our house to save us from driving back to Massillon. When we found a slight problem with the windshield fluid, he had one of the service managers drive out and it was taken care of in our garage! They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I will continue to buy my cars here. More
