Was explained to me how the repair fell under a particular "service bulletin" -and thus, would be no charge to me. Parts were obtained within a day or two : and, the repair was executed when my sch particular "service bulletin" -and thus, would be no charge to me. Parts were obtained within a day or two : and, the repair was executed when my schedule allowed me to get the car over there. On the day of the repair, the car's repair did not take as long as I was fearing. Overall a great experience. More

Lindsay was considerate and friendly. Work was done on time. However what I was charged for brake fluid exchange was excessive, labor of $97 is way too much and cabin filter service was a Work was done on time.
