Tyler was upfront that while he knew a lot about Hondas, he was not very knowledgeable about the vans. Despite this, he was able to answer any and all questions we had and showed us some cool features that came with the van that we didn't know about. We were given a fair amount for our trade in and we weren't hassled to add extras to our car our loan. Unfortunately there were some issues with the add ons we had purchased not getting done correctly or at all the first time. Tyler apologized was there the second time we brought it back to make sure everything was done correctly. More

My New Go-To Dealership! I'm going to start off by saying I did an enormous amount of research on what car to buy, where to buy it and how much to pay. I was working with several other dealerships that were trying to get me approved on the car I wanted, in the color I desired with the terms that I needed. After weeks of headaches I decided to check local Honda inventory one last time. I saw that Waikem Honda had a black 2019 Honda Civic Si coupe listed for sale, but no photographs had been taken yet (it just rolled off the truck the day prior). I walked in on a SUPER BUSY Saturday and Marwah immediately greeted me and asked what I was interested in. She let me test drive a different color Si coupe while they did the PDI process on the black one. She had me approved with incredible terms with the car I wanted in less than an hour. Marwah, and the entire Waikem Honda sales staff are friendly, patient and come with a no-nonsense attitude. I can not recommend Waikem enough and they have a customer for life. More
