I came to Honda after another car repair shop was unable to fix my car after several trips. Paul took excellent care of me understanding my car needs, making valuable recommendations on repairs, and empathi to fix my car after several trips. I also spent a few weeks coming back to Honda due to the need for ordering more parts and Paul went out of his way to make me feel welcomed each time. I love my CRV touring and Julie was wonderful sales agent. but I was charged 4500 for warranty, about 2500 for all kinds of weather proofing.
