Lindsay Ujcich and Adam Schaefer provided superior service just before closing on a friday with Massillon/Mckinley weekend looming. Tom and Jessica were amazing! Tom was very patient with all of our questions and if he didn’t have the answer he would find it quickly. Tom was very kind and I would recommend him Tom was very patient with all of our questions and if he didn’t have the answer he would find it quickly. Tom was very kind and I would recommend him to everyone I know. Jessica did amazing, she said she was new to her role and she was fantastic! Diehl Honda made this process so smooth and easy. The only thing we noticed was the person training Jessica was slightly condescending to her. We weren’t huge fans of his attitude towards her as she was still learning. He also did not take no for an answer stating it was “crazy” that I worked in a hospital and wasn’t willing to go with the dings and dents package. His demeanor was completely different from Tom and Jessica. We would recommend Tom and Jessica to everyone. More
