Called on a Saturday morning, as my oil lfe indicator just went to 10%. Lindsey was kind enough to get me in that day and also perform the B16 service. Our salesperson was Josh Haney. He did not pressure us (which we appreciated), and was very personable. He allowed us to test-drive alone and take our time making our decision. After we purchased our CR-V Hybrid, he took the time to show me many of the features, such as the music, setting the memory seats and connecting my phone to Apple CarPlay.
