After car sales process was completed, which was very good, we waited over 2 hours for the F&I person to be available. Then took 40 minutes to complete that process of declining all the add-ons the deale good, we waited over 2 hours for the F&I person to be available. Sales mgr provided excuses that it was one of busiest days of year and one finance mgr was out on maternity, so we got a trainee. More
