NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! I would not recommend buying my next vehicle here! READ ON! I bought a $25,000 truck with a 100%, 30 day or a 1,000 mile warranty. Two weeks after I h I would not recommend buying my next vehicle here! READ ON! I bought a $25,000 truck with a 100%, 30 day or a 1,000 mile warranty. Two weeks after I had this truck, the truck lost power. I ended up taking it to another certified ford dealer & spending $8574.00 to fix it since they gave me 0% satisfaction after calling a couple times. I hadn't even ran a tank of fuel through this truck when this problem occurred! When I finally got a hold of the finance manager, Josh Tracey, after 3 or 4 calls, who was supposed to be the person that would help me. He told me the warranty won't cover the fuel system because it is not part of the engine!! He said he did not have the power to make a decision, and also never tried to help/direct me to the person who had the power to make a decision!! Anyway I ended up paying for the problem 2 weeks after buying the truck. Also after having a face to face conversation with Josh saying we are now over our 30 day warranty (after giving me a run around until my 30 days were up then they used that as an excuse. They still won't help me and he still doesn't have the power of making a decision. I will not go back for my next truck. They were almost more than willing to sell this truck to me & now they don't want anything to do with me. TAKE THIS AS A READ FLAG!!! And stop yourself from having an experience like i had this is place is a rip off. More

As the field narrowed either by others not keeping pace or failing to find ways to be competitive, Olivia (and her manager Sarah when she was out) came up with the best deal, without any haggling and made the process very smooth. Ed, the sales manager was equally practical and was able to put together a deal that far outpaced the others. I was able to get through all the paperwork, new car feature demonstration and in person title transfer in record time and was on my way. A new truck and no pain! More
