They lied to me. I went in for an oil change and a representative came in to tell me that my front breaks and rotors were bad. They said, and printed on the paperwork I went in for an oil change and a representative came in to tell me that my front breaks and rotors were bad. They said, and printed on the paperwork, that my brakes were at 2 mm and my rotors had a groove in them. I refused service thinking I would change them out at home. I got new brakes and got my tires off. Turns out not only were my brakes and rotor fine (5 mm on one and 6 mm on the other) but every single one of my lug nuts were broken. Yes, they were the lug nuts that came with the car so they were the cheap ones that have a cap. I expected them to break eventually anyway but every single one was broken. Odd for them to all go at once unless they were tightened too much. More

I was unsure about trading in my beetle. Sarah H came out to help me. It was easy talking with her. She showed me several cars, I drove one, and latter that day, drove it home. My husband and I purchased a 2021 F350 that was ordered in October for production at the Ford plant. Our car salesman was Bob Bryce. Initially we were told delivery was near Christmas. My husband called the week before and left messages x2 that were never returned. He finally reached him and Bob told us he was sure it would be there but we requested him to call and ask as we were working with CSE for our loan. Several days went by with no return call. My husband called him and he informed us new dat January 18th. Once again as the 18th drew near I called and left messages that were never returned. My husband called and had him paged and asked him to check on date he said he would. Once again no return call. My husband called him and he said new date was February 8. Now I understand it being late. I am a nurse and with COVID EVERYTHING is late. But when I am spending $57;000 I dont feel a few phone calls is asking too much! I feel I worked harder for this sale then Bob did. I also want to say how awesome Pete was at going over all of the gadgets on the truck. He was awesome. Unfortunately I have a sour taste in my mouth and probably would not shop there again. Bob said that its a running joke at the dealership about him not returning phone calls. Well its no joke, its not funny and its far from being profesional. I believe in keeping business local but you lost ours. More
