Absolutely terrible experience. I had a laundry list of items that needed to be addressed and the most important was an engine misfire. They did not diagnose the correct issue which I had a laundry list of items that needed to be addressed and the most important was an engine misfire. They did not diagnose the correct issue which was eventually found to be a bad coil plug but they told me it was a spark plug and so I had the other 7 replaced on my dime but when that didn't fix the issue after they gave me back my vehicle, they didn't make one effort to assist me with the payment for the spark plugs. In addition, they didn't fix the IWE issue for my truck. I don't believe my oil consumption issue has been addressed correctly either. I only take my vehicle here because that's where I bought it and it is convenient. Wish they were as good as the other Diehl Ford in Sharon. More

This visit was for diagnostics on my 2019 Expedition. It was previously there to have it rewired due to mice damage. After a couple weeks, the Engine light came back on. I’m now going to have to pay for parts, diagnostic time (already paid for) and labor (not yet paid for). I honestly think I should receive a discount because I believe the “new” wiring issue existed when they previously repaired it. More
