Katie did a fantastic job showing me the car, setting everything up and explaining all the features of my new 24 Elantra I couldn't ask for a better sales person. I did a few issues with the financial p everything up and explaining all the features of my new 24 Elantra I couldn't ask for a better sales person. I did a few issues with the financial person persisting trying to sell me the extended electronic warranty. BUT my biggest disappointment was with the Prep of the car. On the ride home on the highway, wheels felt wobbly, on checking the air pressure of tires I found front tires at 27psi and rear at 29psi INSTEAD of recommended 32/34 psi also the interior windows had not been cleaned of dirt and off-gassing of plastics. I didn't plan on doing MY own prep that day just wanted to enjoy my new car ! Just hoping nothing else in the deal prep has been missed! This is my 3rd Elantra purchased through the Sharon dealership I will recommend Katie to other as she had nothing to due with my issues. I would recommend others check the prep before leaving the dealership though. More
