Been Looking for a 2500HD for months in my budget I came across this Truck on Car Gurus and emailed the dealership to send me pictures of the truck because the picture on car gurus was just a picture I came across this Truck on Car Gurus and emailed the dealership to send me pictures of the truck because the picture on car gurus was just a picture of a 2015 GMC 2500HD. They responded pretty quickly and I ended up driving a half hour to go test drive it. The GMC just got traded in so it needed service and cleaned up. I was working with Jim Pint. He got the Truck washed off before I got there. Jim put $20.00 of gas in it and told me to go run it and take notes of anything I thought was wrong. There was a good list of things I noticed that needed fixed. The next day they ran it through there shop to see what all it needs to pass inspection. It needed over $1500.00 in parts and labor to get it back up to speed. they called me to tell me everything it will need and they said they would fix everything and put a new inspection sticker on it and still sell it to me for the listed price. I felt like that was a good deal and bought the truck. They had two weeks to fix the truck and get it ready for me to pick it up. We stayed in contact during the two weeks making sure everything was moving forward. They got me a great loan rate to. I got a call two days before I’m picking it up saying everything is good to go. They even picked me up at my hotel the day I’m buying the truck. My driver was awesome and we had a great conversation on the way to the dealership. I’m all excited to pick up my truck and when I got there I found out they were having some problems and didn’t have the truck ready but they said it will get done. They had to fix the drivers side mirror for it to pass inspection. So it wasn’t ready but they were working on fixing it so they can put the new inspection sticker on it and I could drive it away. When I finally see the truck for the first time that day I felt disappointed because I could tell they never gave it a good detailing because it looked exactly the same as it did when I drove it two weeks ago. Yes they took off any stickers that was on it but that’s it. I was told that they were going to fix any scratches that could be buffed out and pull a small dent out on the side. The interior never looked touched. I guess I just thought after they had two weeks before I picked it up it would of been ready and cleaned up a little better. I never asked them when I was there why this happened because I had a 5 and a half hour drive a head of me and the truck was my only way to get home at this point. Over all I enjoyed working with Jim. I always hate vehicle shopping but he made it enjoyable. So my over all experience Was good and I was happy how much I paid for a 2015 2500HD. I would by my next truck there without even thinking about it. More

Quick and hassle free I was looking online for a used vehicle and saw one that would be great for my mother. Stopped on Friday after the fourth of July and met Marla. S I was looking online for a used vehicle and saw one that would be great for my mother. Stopped on Friday after the fourth of July and met Marla. She was Awesome! I told her what vehicle I was looking for. Marla can multi task! She was helping out one of her salesman's customer and I at the same time.
