I went in for a recall. Everything was fine. Work was completed faster than expected. My only problem is that I always make appointments online when I come to get work do Everything was fine. However, when I arrive, they ask for my name and look it up in the computer. Then, they ask what I want done today. I don't understand why they are asking. I already told them when I made the appointment. I would understand if they said "I see that you want your recall fixed today. Will that be all?" However, they always ask what I want done, and it sounds like they have no idea even though I specifically made the appointment requesting certain services. More

Not happy, bought used Sonata at Diehl, questioned brakes prior to signing, Technician checked brakes and said they were ok. Brought car back about 2-1/2 weeks later about brakes and vibration. Again Technic prior to signing, Technician checked brakes and said they were ok. Brought car back about 2-1/2 weeks later about brakes and vibration. Again Technician said brakes and car was safe to drive. It may be safe, but it’s not ok to ignore the fact the steering wheel vibrates badly when applying brakes going down a hill. The rotors are Warped, Diehl wouldn’t replace rotors. Very disappointed in this dealership More
