I was trying to buy out a lease. Because I did not lease from them and had financing they were not interested in helping. I would give 0 starts if I could. Turned my car in for a small paint job due to a malfunctioned part on September 3rd and did not get it back until 10/7. Was told it would be done a 3 weeks in and it was not. My car sat for so long my battery started to drain and my car sent me an SOS message. Hyundai customer service told me it would be "expedited", but then the next person said that no one has the ability to do that. No communication until I reached out to Amanda Mild who actually got something done. I was lied to on multiple occasions on when my car would be done or when I would get information (still haven't heard back from customer service). This way beyond inconvenient. I'm pretty sure the only reason I have my car back is because they didn't want me to take the rental to Tennessee. I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from Diehl or get any service done. More
