We had car trouble while traveling and stopped at Diehl in Sharon,pa, best customer service ever. Don at the service desk was very sensitive to our plight. Dan,the technician was equally as good. Came in for my 37K service and was told that I needed new tires. Did not rotate the tires. Because I needed new ones. Asked if they would check passenger right rear tire for leaks. Never got done. Went to Ti tires. Did not rotate the tires. Because I needed new ones. Asked if they would check passenger right rear tire for leaks. Never got done. Went to Tire Company in the neighborhood to get the repair done. ($20.00). I don't need new tires. Will not be back in the future. More
