Took car to Diehl for service all to find that they cannot even work on it or fix it. Was told to take it to a different dealership out of our area. Going forward I doubt we will bother with a place th cannot even work on it or fix it. Was told to take it to a different dealership out of our area. Going forward I doubt we will bother with a place that can sell us a car but cannot even service it. Not to mention the arrogance and rudeness that we have had to deal with with speaking to some of staff members there. People are nice when selling you a vehicle and taking your money……where’s that same friendliness when your car that is only 2 years old and under warranty starts having problems ?? Our family is currently also looking to purchase a much needed 3rd vehicle and this recent situation has made me realize that Diehl will not be the place we go to for another purchase. More
