We purchased a used 2019 Blazer and did not have great experience. We were looking forward to becoming lifelong Diehl customers given that they are still a family owned and operated dealership but were se experience. We were looking forward to becoming lifelong Diehl customers given that they are still a family owned and operated dealership but were severely disappointed. Our salesman, Anthony Candella, made several off-color jokes and treated us like he didn't really need the sale. We raised several concerns about the vehicle, including the alignment and transmission shudder, but those were quickly dismissed as "a GM thing" and "poor road surface where you did the test drive". We did tentatively purchase the vehicle, only to be told upon pick up the next day that "did anyone mention there is only one keyfob?" with no offer to make it correct. We took the vehicle to Diehl in Grove City who confirmed that the vehicle was badly out of alignment as we thought and the transmission was full of metal. Both issues we raised with Anthony, but were not given any reassurances or offers to investigate the issue. Needless to say, we have a pretty bad taste in our mouths for Diehl Ford Hyundai of Sharon. The impression from Anthony and others we interacted with was that since we were a younger couple, the sale didn't really matter and we could be sold anything because we didn't know any better. We have had great service at Diehl of Grove City and they are working with us to resolve all of the issues. More
