I’ve been going here for the last 3 years and I live 90 miles away! miles away! More
The service was excellent. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. More
The sales team here is great and has been pretty accommodating, and for that I gave them 3 stars instead of 2. However, a few weeks ago I traded in my vehicle to them for a used 2019 Hyundai Santa F accommodating, and for that I gave them 3 stars instead of 2. However, a few weeks ago I traded in my vehicle to them for a used 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. I basically sold myself the car as I knew what I was looking for when I went in there and was even educated and honest about my trade-in and it's value. During the test drive, the Santa Fe seemed to have no issues and was claimed to be certified and approved by the dealer (so it shouldn't have any significant or functional issues). Any question I asked the salesman about the vehicle was basically unanswered since he stated he didn't know much if anything about the vehicle and had to resort to google searching to find answers about specs of it. That was whatever, and based on the test drive and what I was told by the salesman about the vehicle I chose to buy it since it seemed to drive and operate well. However, the vehicle did not turn out to be what I was promised in terms of remote start features and quality of the vehicle. So, I have been extremely disappointed and am now stuck paying tens of thousands of dollars for a vehicle that is not at all what I thought I was getting. In the following weeks since I have purchased the vehicle, it has shown to need much work on it. This has included, but is not limited to, updates to sound and computer systems (which caused the BlueLink and remote start features to be completely inoperable until updated), replacement of the car battery which was claimed to be subpar to their standards upon me taking it back in for a 3rd time to them but this time for issues regarding the ISG system in the vehicle, replacement of parts of the suspension system under the vehicle, and only God knows what else at this point. I have been inconvenienced by this vehicle more than I have been able to enjoy it since buying it. While the sales team/ dealership have been what might be considered to be kind enough to help by covering the cost of some of these repairs and giving me a loaner car during those times, they have also said they will no longer be willing to repair or replace anything more that might go wrong with this vehicle they just sold me and passed off as "Certified pre-owned" and "great condition". I do not understand what standard they are using to ceritfy these used vehicles if this one has so many things wrong with it, or why they would sell a vehicle like this to someone in the first place. I now feel trapped and stuck, and I regret trading in my previous vehicle for this one from them that has come to have more issues than you or I could imagine and more than my previous car had. I'm appreciate the dealership's willingness to help out with a few of the issues, but I'm at a loss for words for the fact that these things are even issues in the first place. In addition to the vehicle's issues, I had an incident with the Zurich shield protection kit they sold to me. After they applied it to my vehicle, it was very blotchy and left other strange markings on the vehicle. This was able to be rubbed away at most spots, but the bigger issue was that the "Care Kit" they sent me home with for it ended up leaking all through my trunk because one of the bottles was missing the cap and burst or something. They were kind enough to replace the Care Kit, but doesn't change the fact that the chemicals leaked through my trunk in the first place. More
