My car was referred here by my insurance company, as I did not have much of a choice, the accident was not my fault and the other party was minimally covered so it went through my insurance. They "fixed" did not have much of a choice, the accident was not my fault and the other party was minimally covered so it went through my insurance. They "fixed" my front end and are now claiming "product error" is the result in paint peeling off the front bumper only 7 months after their work. This is the 3rd time I have been back for my 09 Honda Accord exl for different issues regarding the same repair, the first time it was not alligned properly and pulled to the right, this time the paint is peeling off. I would not recommend this comapany for body work. More

I took my Sprinter truck in for service two times, including inspection. I complained of a noise, and a part was ordered, which was replaced without problems. Shortly after, I had issues and need to including inspection. I complained of a noise, and a part was ordered, which was replaced without problems. Shortly after, I had issues and need to see another dealer in Virginia. They pointed out serious safety issues which needed to be addressed, which should have been taken care of while it was being inspected. When I complained to the service intake person, and service manager, more than once, they were supposed to return my calls, which never happened. I was told that there were new people working, and they would not take responsibility for the lack of concern, and of course I never received a return call. More

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received! I bought a vehicle here that claimed to have nothing wrong with it but when I took it to get serviced a month later I was shocked to hear I received! I bought a vehicle here that claimed to have nothing wrong with it but when I took it to get serviced a month later I was shocked to hear I needed new brakes and had a cracked exhaust pipe! I also recently got my oil changed at Deihl and less then a week later started smelling fumes through my heating system. Turns out oil was dripping on my engine and needed fixed! I fixed the problem and luckily for me I had a great warranty that covered most of the work. If I hadn't the total cost would have been $795. I brought this matter to multiple employees at Deihl and every one of them said they would get back to me. It has now been two weeks since I heard from anyone! I called again today and they told me "there is nothing we can do". "I should have brought the vehicle to them to fix." WHY would I ever bring a vehicle for them to work on when they screwed me over the first time. OH, I forgot to mention after my oil change I left and there was a scratch on my window! I called immediately and only heard back weeks later about how they will fix it. I would never recommend going to Deihl for a car or to get a car repaired! More

We bought a new van from Diehl. Even though we were not 100% satisfied, do to lack on communication on both parts. Our 2010 van had to be towed Saturday morning, as of Monday 1:00 the van has not even been looked out. Asked about a loaner and was told we can rent from Enterprise at a discounted price.
