Corey was great, it only took one hour to look, test drive, and negotiate. I did not understand why, it took 2 1/2 more hours until the business manager had my paperwork ready for signature. i was searching on the internet for a 2014 cherokee on diehl auto's sight. i then recieved a call from cory and we discussed the model and options i was looking to buy. cory searched diehl's inventory an diehl auto's sight. i then recieved a call from cory and we discussed the model and options i was looking to buy. cory searched diehl's inventory and said he had a cherokee i may be interested in. we set up an appointment. on arrivial at the dealership i was treated exceptionally well. corry had the cherokee sitting in front of the building when i arrived. after introdutions, corry began to show and explain the features of the cherokee, he was very knowlegable of the vehicle. we test drove the cherokee and then began to work on a deal. johnathan at this time was evaluating my trade in value. we then negotiated a price we could both live with. corry didn't use any deceptive sales tricks, very straight forward. he and johnathan quickly gained my trust. making things short a very comfortable conversation and barterring experience. i did buy the cherokee. This was the easiest vehicle I have ever bought. I got the truck I wanted, at the price I wanted, and got what I asked for my trade. I was reasonable, and so was Steve. I tried to buy the same vehicle at two other dealerships and got the usual used car salesmen B.S.. Steve was straight forward, and did everything he promised. They were very busy when I went to pick my truck up, but every salesperson I saw seemed to really care about, and help the customers as much as they could. I had seen online the evening before in the Diehl Dodge web page describing a Jeep my husband might be interested in. So I called the next day inquiring if the Jeep was still for sale. The phone was answered by "Don Gregg" who seemed very friendly and chipper. He invited us to come look at it that evening. I gave him a general idea of when we might arrive and he said it will be ready for you to look at as soon as you arrive. When we pulled in the lot it was right in front to see before we parked. When we entered the showroom we were greeted as soon as we entered the showroom, no waiting around. The same telephone voice stated a friendly "hello, I'm Don Gregg, come on in." Which made me feel at ease. He was very friendly not stiff and starchy. He sated "Kathy?" and had an outstretched handshake waiting for us. He took us outside to look at the bright red Jeep and offered us a test ride. He let us talk openly and only offered information that he had the answer to. It was a comfortable ride. The Jeep had everything we were looking for except leather seats and so we made the compromise decision and returned to the dealership. Someone test rode our used 2008 Jeep Rubicon and came back right away for a trade price. The dealership was easy to deal with in deciding the trade-in price and so we picked up our Jeep Saturday morning. We are 59 yrs. old and this is our very first new vehicle ever and we couldn't be happier. We have bought used before this and none of those sales were as quick, efficient and as easy as this one.
