Recently in June my check engine light came on so I took it to the dealer. By the time I took it there the engine light was off they told me the problem had fixed itself and sent me on my way. The very same night the car jerked and the engine light was back on. We called the next day to tell them we're bringing it back in. The girl who answered the phone was very rude and told us there was no way they could see our car for 2 weeks. We told them we needed a rental (as our warranty gives us a rental for free) and that we were dropping the car off until they could see it. We get to the dealership and they had NO rentals available. We still dropped the car off and waited for a rental. We called later in the night to see if they had any and they told us one was available- note we had to call them to see they did not call us to inform us they had one. So we go and pick up this rental car which was dirty, the seatbelt was wrapped around the head rest so you could not even buckle up and parts of the car were broken in the inside. So a week passes and we didnt get one phone call to update us on the car. Which is ridiculous, I own a Lexus and anytime it needs services the Lexus dealership calls immediately to inform us what is wrong. We call the dealership and they let us know it's ready to be picked up we go pick it up and not even 10 miles down the road the same problem happens so we go back to the dealership and they finally give us a decent rental car. Another week goes by and again we had to call to see if it was ready. By this point the car had had its transmission replaced and the oil pan replaced and the computer system in the car replaced (this car is not even a year old yet). We pick it up and yet again not even 10 miles down the road the check engine light is back on. So back to the dealership we go at this point we sit down with all managers and they tell us they do not know what is wrong with the car. After we talk to the guy from services who is helping us and he tells us there had only been 5 cars in the entire country that they've seen with this problem and that they have one more thing to fix on our jeep and that it had worked all 5 other cars. A week and a half goes by and they actually called us for the first time to tell us the car was ready. We pick it up and actually made it home without the check engine light going on. We have the car for two weeks and there it goes again.. check engine light on. We call the dealership in advanced to make sure they have a rental car available and they tell us yes. We get to the dealership and everyone there told us no rentals were available. Finally someone over hears and realizes they had one set aside so we take the rental car home and it has a flat tire and the e brake is broken!!! (Still waiting to hear what is wrong with my car if they actually even know) you would think after selling me a faulty car they would be accommodating but of course not. I reccomend no one go to this dealership!!!! More

Since Diehl took over, the dealership has grown, and with the size, service has suffered. We had engine problems with a new Scion that we purchased there in 2007. Excessive oil use from day one. We poured oil into that car for 8 years while Diehl told us that a quart of oil every 500 miles was "within normal service limits". In 2015 we decided to give them another chance, and purchased a new Jeep Wrangler at the dealership. First the salesman didn't submit our order, he had to be reminded after two weeks had passed. Then we received a call in June that our new Jeep was in. We went to the dealership and completed all of the paperwork. As we sat in the office, a kid came in and said "I can't find the Jeep". What? Turns out it was in Toledo at the plant, hadn't been shipped yet. Diehl did give us use of a loaner till our Jeep was actually found and delivered. Since then, I've avoided them like the plague. Today I took my Dodge Ram truck in for a factory recall. The work was completed and I was called to pick it up. I arrived at the dealership to learn that they couldn't find my keys. No matter, my truck was blocked by a small white car and they couldn't find those keys either. They had screwed up the driver's side seatbelt retractor and my truck was covered in salt, I'm guessing from a road test. They claim to wash your car when it was in for service, and my truck had been dropped off clean. I'm done with this place, the size of the operation is clearly beyond the ability of the employees to handle it. The owner does TV spots telling the audience that "our people keep you coming back". Huh? While I'm sure there are plenty of good people working there, the place is a disorganized mess. More
Misquoted repeatedly about price on phone I have used diehl for service and purchase my vehicle for years. I will not use them again. My last service that they completed for me, I spoke with the service manager on the phone who gave me a price and told me the price would most likely go down as he may have double ordered a part. i dropped my vehicle off for service and went to work, later that day a phone rep called and told me I needed more work (upsell) done to my vehicle in order for it to pass inspection. I asked her what it would cost to complete, and then I confirmed price on the phone. She repeated the price back to me on phone. I repeated the price again on the phone, and told her that's ok, do it. When I picked up my vehicle the total price was $765 higher than I was quoted on the phone. I later met with the original service manager to discuss, and he reviewed all pricing with me. And he told me that there was no reason that they would have quoted me a lower price on the phone. I told the manager again, that if they would have originally told me the higher price on the phone, That I would not have done the service at their shop, and he reviewed the paper work again. To find that there were errors and they double charged me for work, but it did not add up to the $765 error. He later told me that I heard the lady on phone wrong, and I heard her wrong again when she repeated it to me, and when I repeated it back to her, that she heard me wrong. Do not use deign for service they will lie to you, Double charge you for service, and not correct their mistakes. More
Beyond horrible! Quoted 7 to 10k for a engine on a 3500 ram. Wouldnt guarantee their work. No warranty at all. We were on a 3 way call and they forgot we were there Quoted 7 to 10k for a engine on a 3500 ram. Wouldnt guarantee their work. No warranty at all. We were on a 3 way call and they forgot we were there and they spoke poorly about us. Super unprofessional. Took my credit card info to make a key, knowing we were having it towed out of there to somewhere else. Promised us that it would be ready. Then when we go to pick it up, they tell us oh by the way we cant make the key because the car wont start. That would have been fine if i would have been speaking to the receptionist. But i spoke to the man supposed to fix my car. Kinda scary that he didnt know that on the phone and tell me BEFORE he took my credit card. Thank goodness we took the car elsewhere. If they cant figure out how to program a key they have no business putting in an engine.....probably why they wont guarantee their work More

I was not in any hurry but my sales associate Matt Cristello was able to show me that it was a good time to buy and once he got me in the new Jeep I really wanted to make it work. Matt and his team worked very hard to get me the deal I needed to move forward. So far my experience has been outstanding. I have not needed the service team yet but I am sure I won't be let down! Very Good Experience I hate the new car buying experience because not all dealers give you the same price for a new vehicle and your trade-in. I went to one dealership fi I hate the new car buying experience because not all dealers give you the same price for a new vehicle and your trade-in. I went to one dealership first which was supposed to have a "simple" buying process with the best price. I planned to visit at least three dealerships. I went to Diehl next. Diehl gave me $500 more for my trade-in plus gave me a lot better deal on my new Grand Cherokee than the first dealership. The deal was so good I decided not to go anywhere else. I ordered my new Grand Cherokee. It was built in about a month, but it took a little over two months for Chrysler to deliver it Diehl blaming it on a shipping delay. I felt that Chrysler should did something as a courtesy for the delay, but I was told that there was no guarantees about delivery I wanted to personalize my new vehicle and I had a lot of questions. My salesman, Tom Kloes, got my questions for Diehl's parts, service, and body shop departments answered and coordinated everything. One thing was getting different tires. I was surprised that a dealer was selling tires at prices comparable to online discount tire places. They also had Nitrogen for the tires which many places do not have. Another thing I like is they have one-time undercoating, not like Ziebart where you have to get it reapplied every year. The first day that I had my new Grand Cherokee there was a problem with the transmission. Chrysler Roadside Assistance would not tow the vehicle back to the Diehl because they only allowed 17 miles (or the closest dealership). Diehl is about 25 miles from me. I think that Diehl's service department had to pay for the "extra" mileage, but I got it back to Diehl. I was offered a rental car and Diehl even offered to drive it to my house. Diehl's Service Department determined that the problem was the transmission and contacted Chrysler for a new one. It took Chrysler 4 days to respond. Diehl's Service Department seems very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my many questions about why I had a problem. Overall, I am not happy with Chrysler, but Diehl did a great job handling the problem. More

My fiance and myself looked at them one evening, not heckled or pressured by any salesman which was nice. Came home, was able to make a decision and I made contact through e-mail and within minutes- less than 5 my phone was ringing from Corey. He was very informative, polite, curtious in all aspects!! I had discussed price over the phone, and mentioned an incident that my father had a run in while on his motorcycle with Corina a few years ago where she "crowded him at a yield ramp" out at moraine point plaze by Red Lobster. Corey went to the manager on duty that evening, and came back with an exceptional price. I came back the following evening, and Corey was not available, but Tom was helpful as well. Their was a discrepancy in the price. Tom and a few others stayed after hours, even during inclement weather to "seal the deal" with paperwork and such! We then returned the day following to pick up our purchase. I would like to extend my thanks to all involved and I love my Jeep, not the payments so much!! I also would like to Thank Corina also from my father, he was shook up that day, ready to give her a "piece of his mind" . When the first thing she had asked him if he was ok- my father admits he was stunned by her kindness and was able to calm down with her immediate concern. No injuries, minor damage to motorcycle- but in the end no harm done, and hopefully a lesson learned for all!! Thank you all again!! Kelly A. McPherson More
