Avoid Kelly Cars (Moon Township) = Den of Thieves! Avoid at all cost! Frankly, I don't even know where to begin with these clowns. I purchased a Used 2010 Jeep Liberty from Kelly about a year ago an Avoid at all cost! Frankly, I don't even know where to begin with these clowns. I purchased a Used 2010 Jeep Liberty from Kelly about a year ago and brought my vehicle in for an oil change and for them to give me a suggestion on how to get my Jeep out of 4WD and back into 2WD. The service attendant, Bryan, had told me, "let's take a look at it and if it's a mechanical issue, there would be no charge." What does he do? He writes up a $98.00 charge (w/ tax $107.00) for service and tells me, "well, all we did is drive it up the street and the mechanic was able to get it out of 4WD." Trust me, I tried to get it out of 4WD, through every possible configuration, before I asked them for their opinion. The worst part of this, I called back asking to speak with the owner or the GM and the cashier, Michelle Trigiani-Wiley, started screaming at me and telling me her husband is the GMS John Wiley (as if that matters...?). Screaming at me for being a concerned customer, wanting to know more about the charges. She also accused me of cursing at her, which I did not. Are you kidding me...? Finally, the GM or Sales Manager calls me back and quickly told me, "there will be no reimbursement of the service charges, because we are charging you for analyzing for damage." Which, based upon the invoice shows "CUSTOMER HAS DECLINED SERVICES TO CHECK FOR INTERNAL DAMAGES." So, how could I be charged for damage analysis?!?!?! Save your time, energy and money. Do NOT use Kelly Cars of Moon Township. They are scam artists and do not work with clients properly and their employees have no respect for their customers. I'm still waiting for Phillip Behr, Service Manager, to respond. DealerRater was the first place I had thought of and here I am, telling the truth on the matter. More
The most for my trade-in I was shocked at how much they offered for trade-ins. They offered nearly $3,000 more than the other Jeep dealer we shopped. John Wiley and Bill Ziv I was shocked at how much they offered for trade-ins. They offered nearly $3,000 more than the other Jeep dealer we shopped. John Wiley and Bill Zivic were great to work with. I've also sent five other friends to Kelly Cars and all have had great experiences. I'll buy from them again More

Terrible, do NOT waste your time. They are NOT fair with trade values. I conducted a 75 mile Auto Trader search. RESULTS: One (1) car equivalent to mine with an asking price of $25,181 They are NOT fair with trade values. I conducted a 75 mile Auto Trader search. RESULTS: One (1) car equivalent to mine with an asking price of $25,181, other results of the same model, but lesser trim levels and with more mileage ranging from $19,756-$22,941. They offered me $17,000! They were completely unwilling to go higher. Now we all know the $25,181 asking price for the equivalent car is over inflated, but not by $8,181. Do NOT waste your time! More
Haphazard, Poor Quality Work, Bad Service We purchased a brand new 2012 Dodge Avenger at this dealership. They did not even provide a full tank of gas when we left the showroom. At 4 K miles We purchased a brand new 2012 Dodge Avenger at this dealership. They did not even provide a full tank of gas when we left the showroom. At 4 K miles we noticed the headliner falling down in the back. We scheduled a service visit and Kelly Cars stated that they had repaired it. At 20-some K miles the headliner was falling down again. We returned to the dealership and they stated that they had to contact Chrysler to do the repair again. Several months went by and another service visit occurred. The service manager never contacted us about the headliner, we had to call multiple times. When we spoke with Phil Baer, the service manager in November of 2013, he reported that the claim was denied by Chrysler. He stated that the damage was caused by an "outside force" and repeatedly implied that we created the damage to the headliner. I also spoke with Robert Manning, Owner of Kelly Cars, who stated that I should take the matter up with Chrysler. Mr. Manning and Mr. Baer refused to send me the pictures of my vehicle which they had submitted to Chrysler with the claim. Mr. Manning did not return my call following that discussion. When our vehicle needed a routine oil change again, we decided to take it to another Dodge dealership closer to home. Despite Kelly's warranties, service guarantees, etc., it didn't seem worth making a 140 mile round trip to a dealership which was dismissing my concerns and refusing to advocate for proper repairs to our vehicle. We had the vehicle serviced at Scheidemantle Dodge in Hermitage, PA instead. I asked the service technician at this new dealership to look at the headliner. He very thoroughly examined the vehicle, stayed beyond the customer service hours, took multiple photos which he sent to my home email and showed me the "crease" created in the headliner when Kelly Cars' service department haphazardly tried to replace the headliner without taking out the windshield. The service technician and manager went to bat for us with Chrysler. They contacted us for telephone consultation wtih the Chrysler representative present. Chrysler approved the repair to the headliner and covered the cost in full. The repair was extensive and the dealer had to send the vehicle out to a glass manufacturer to have the windshield removed and reinstalled after the new headliner was put in. The repair took over a week and we were provided a loaner car, free of charge, for the entire time from the local dealership even though I didn't even buy the car from them. They also informed me that the vendor who removed the windshield verified that it had not been previously removed when Kelly Cars reportedly replaced the headliner. The service staff at the new dealership were very pleasant and respectful of my work schedule. When dropping off and picking up my vehicle, they again stayed beyond their normal service hours to accommodate my work schedule compared to being rushed by Kelly Cars to make the 140 mile trip when they had serviced the vehicle. The local dealership which did the repairs correctly stated that they hoped to get our future business for routine servicing. And they definitely will get our business! We will not return to Kelly Cars again to purchase or obtain services. Their customer service was very poor after we purchased a 25K new vehicle from them. We do NOT recommend Kelly Cars to anyone. Would you like to deal with a moron? Then you have to look no further than Shawn Manning. I asked Shawn Manning simple questions to which he constantly replied that he will have to check. Do you know w look no further than Shawn Manning. I asked Shawn Manning simple questions to which he constantly replied that he will have to check. Do you know which options come with which vehicle? Do you not spend the entire day doing nothing but sell cars? These were not brain busters. Besides being illiterate it seems the price was so much higher on a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and he would not budge at all on the price. His come back closing statement was "I go straight to my dad (Robert Manning) because he owns the place. Interesting! I see your last name was Manning not Kelly...but still is your store??? This is the level of dumb you deal with at Kelly Chrysler! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! I ended up buying my car at Monroeville Chrysler and was treated 100% better!!! BUYER BEWARE FROM THESE CLOWNS! More

I purchased my Wrangler in WA State. It only has 28000 miles on it. The controls on the steering column quit working last week and I called to schedule service on an issue clearly covered by warranty. I asked about a service loaner at the time of my call as this was a warranty issue and I work in Houston PA a good distance from my home in Sewickley. I was told this would be ok and I made an appointment for service on Tuesday the 24th at 7:30 am. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was told I was "not in the computer" the rep who checked me just said that and stared at me like I was bothering him. I told him again I had made the appointment over the phone and that I was to get a service loaner. I was then told "we only do that for our customers" I found this comment to be extremely rude and condescending. So I am what? I pointed out this was a clearly covered warranty issue and where I worked. The service rep did then fit me in and got me the promised loaner, however he seemed very put out about the whole thing. He stated he only had one loaner left, this was fine except there was no gas in it, I had to go straight to the gas station, the car had not been cleaned since it was last used and smells like smoke. Yuck. As it turns out the Jeep needed a computer update, this along with a requested oil change was done. When I picked up my jeep this morning the girl I initially returned the car too was nice, when I mentioned the smell to her she stated that the car had smelled that way for a while. I paid for my oil change and went to get my car. I noticed right away when I walked out the door that it was dirty. As I got closer it looked like had been rinsed off, but not wiped down. A very poor wash job with visible dirt and grime left on my car. Ok, when I started my car the oil change notification had not been reset. I went back in and asked about it. The same man who I dropped the car off with and who was rude came out to look. As we came out side I asked about the wash job and he informed me "that they ran it through the car wash" again he said this in a manner that I found very rude and condescending. I asked him "does it look clean to you" as it was visibly dirty. He just looked at me and said "well we can do it again. I said no I didn?t have time as I had to be at work. He then reset the computer and walked away. No apology, no explanation was ever offered about the scheduling mix up, the poor wash job, the condition of the loaner car, why my car quit working, nothing. I may not have bought my Jeep at your dealership, but I am a Jeep customer and expect better treatment. I will not be using your dealership again for any of my needs, service, or to purchase any of my vehicle?s. You are not the only game in town and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am also going to make sure everyone I know hears about my experience at your dealership, I will be telling them to go elsewhere as your service staff is rude and treats its customers like they are a bother. > Jill Lawton-Peterson More
