I have researched what you had brought up and after pulling your repair order it appears that you were indeed in for an oil change and inspection but it also shows that you had two recalls as well as your right turn signal not canceling after activating it addressed as well. Normally we absolutely would had provided a loaner vehicle for you, but at the time of your visit we had no loaners in to assist you, for that I do apologize. In closing we absolutely do appreciate you and your time and I am sorry we did complete it as quick as you desired or that we had hoped to.
