First and foremost. Honest, the car i brought in for an oil change for the first one since we owned and I expected for them to “find” several things wrong with the car. They did not. Also efficient. 2 1/2 hours wait on oil change and inspection Took my truck to get inspection and oil change, has only 8000 so it's like new. Salesman excellent...repair service dept is awful My Sales man was wonderful...as was the entire sales staff...my issue is with the service dept...they DO NOT DO the work they claim to...I went in for My Sales man was wonderful...as was the entire sales staff...my issue is with the service dept...they DO NOT DO the work they claim to...I went in for oil change and asked them to check my tire / tire valve...the result of which was nail in tire...they SAID they took it out plugged my tire and patched it...was also told I need new rotors and brakes in front...I planned to get get them next pay and paid for tire service and came straight home...parked the car until next morning ...went out to go to Dr appt and started car only to see low tire light on...same tire as before (they claim to have rotated tires but they did not as I have newer tires in front and the newer tires were still on the front and the insides of the tires were marked which was which ...yes I actually did that before hand...) I went and put air in tire...went to dr then right back to the garage and reported what had happened...they tried to tell me it must be a sensor (at least $200) and I could come back in 2 days for them to look...today I took my car to a mech and he found a nail in that same tire...same spot they told me it was in...I called the service dept to tell them about what happened and was told...You must have ran over another nail...I said in the 3 miles from garage to my driveway..and same tire...come on now?? My car sat and was low tire the next morning...they told me that it was an odd coincidence that it happened to the same tire in just 3 miles...I told them my mech also put new brakes on and I DID NOT need new rotors and they didnt do the checks they said or they would have marked my rear wiper as needs replaced because it ripped just the other day before I came into them... my mech checked and I did have new oil & filter but my tires were still marked the same all the way around...I am out my money I paid for the services but more important the services were not done and put me at risk ...I WILL NOT ever take my car there again for service...as I said my salesman was awesome but their cheating service dept leaves a lot to be desired More

After owning my used car from them for 7 months my car has had transmission problems. There was a leak and I provided the paperwork and the service manager Eric Kramer at first told me I am on my own and to see what’s wrong would be 100 dollars. After consistently telling him to look at it he said he finally would and I needed a front axel repaired. He told me that isn’t covered in the power train warranty. I was definstely let down and I’d stay away from the company as a whole for future purchases due to Eric. I’ve been loyal to them for 8 years too as well as my mom. I consistently mentioned to him about good faith and doing the right thing but was told it is what it is and you get what you pay for when buying a used car. Couldn’t even get him to make a deal with labor costs for it. More
