I bought a Chevy Cruz and it smelled like cigarettes bad. I picked the car up on Saturday and nothing was done. I needed the car or I would have left it there. The car smells bad it only had 11,000 miles on it so someone was a heavy smoker. Why should I have to pay someone to clean the car and change the filter. Horrible service would not recommend!!! More

Very poor experience, ever since we bought a new Toyota RAV 4 in 2016. Latest experience was the last nail in the coffin... They kept the car for 4 hours, and then have the gaul to tell us " it is a sensor problem" and charge $ 158 to tell us that- something which we already know- giving it a fancy term "vehicle diagnostics" Imagine charging you 158 dollars for something you already know. Like going to a doctor with abdominal pain and the doctor says " you have abdominal pain" and you pay $ 158 to hear that. Most rude and unprofessional group of people. Would never suggest dealing with them, EVER! More

Made an appointment to view a 2018 Chevrolet Trax. The salesperson was Scott Bickley. He was ill prepared and lacked product knowledge of the vehicle in question. Despite my reservations considering the interior wreaked of cigarette smoke, I took it for a test drive. Upon my return, I asked Mr. Bickley what the best price on the vehicle was and he went into some schpeel about pricing based on algorithms which sounded like a lot of sales bull. He then asked me where I thought it should be priced. Upon hearing my response, he replied in a very smart xxx tone; "I guess you're looking at the wrong car." I turned to him, replied "I guess I am." Handed him the key and left the lot. He was unprofessional, unprepared and a complete xxx hat. I would not recommend this dealership if you were buying a bicycle. Nor would I recommend you purchase it from Mr. Bickley. More
