After about 30 phone calls and texts trying to sell the truck. We were told everything was going to be ready to go when we get there and about 20 min and would be done. Then being told the truck was topped off and ready to go it only had 1/4 tank of DEF in it. More

I had a very good experience with Jake Pantone. I just wish I had looked more closely at the extras in the Trax. I’m not happy about the front passenger seat as I am 4’11” tall and cannot see out v I just wish I had looked more closely at the extras in the Trax. I’m not happy about the front passenger seat as I am 4’11” tall and cannot see out very easily. I know a pillow would help but at my age sitting on a pillow is not the most comfortable thing for me. I don’t expect to keep this car very long. I will probably go back to buying Buicks. SORRY More

Waited 2 hours and they didn’t even look at my truck. Finally after 2 hours said would be another 2 to 3 hours. This was on a new truck we purchased was 1st oil change and inspection. Terrible to have to wait that long. Then I asked for rental since it would be even longer and said they didn’t have any That is not good customer service I’m sorry More
