First and foremost. Honest, the car i brought in for an oil change for the first one since we owned and I expected for them to “find” several things wrong with the car. They did not. Also efficient. Very disappointed in the salesman. I had bought 3 previous cars prior to this new one was always happy but this last purchase was my last!!! Wrong name in the loan....used my toyota points from my Vi previous cars prior to this new one was always happy but this last purchase was my last!!! Wrong name in the loan....used my toyota points from my Visa card had that messed up. Was told that was the 1st time anybody has ever used Toyota points from a Visa...it was my 4th time at that same place. Asked for no running boards on my vehicle and there my new SUV sat with bright shiny running boards attached. My sales man stated he hadn't seen my vehicle yet....sorry. This is why I will Never go back there. More
