Bought car that had nail in tire. They were supposed to fix it before we took the car home, but they didn’t, had to make multiple trips to the store to get it taken care of. At first, they wanted to turn it into the road, hazard warranty, and charge behalf price, finally after my third attempt of trying to talk to the sales manager that I dealt with, I spoke to another sales manager, and he he agreed that it should’ve been taken care of before I took the car home, and they finally took care of the total cost. I don’t know why the representative in the service department could’ve just reached out to the manager to get it taken care of instead of having me stop at the store multiple times to finally talk to somebody to take care of it myself. The Service Department could not provide the repairs guaranteed under warranty. Instead, the dealership recommended I simply keep driving my 2022 Hyundai Tuscan, which shook violently when I drove it, f guaranteed under warranty. When I took it to another mechanic, he recommended immediate repairs to prevent serious damage to the engine. What is the point of having a warranty if the dealer is unable to service the vehicle when it is needed? Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
