The Service Department could not provide the repairs guaranteed under warranty. Instead, the dealership recommended I simply keep driving my 2022 Hyundai Tuscan, which shook violently when I drove it, f guaranteed under warranty. When I took it to another mechanic, he recommended immediate repairs to prevent serious damage to the engine. What is the point of having a warranty if the dealer is unable to service the vehicle when it is needed? Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
Every single person that I dealt with directly was informative, friendly and extremely helpful. Greg especially did a fantastic job being relatable and funny, while also working with me to try and ge informative, friendly and extremely helpful. The team stayed late to get me in a car the same day I viewed it. Kyle kept everything light and fun while going through all the finishing touches with financing. My problem is the navigation system stopped working. First it 6 weeks to get an appointment. Not satisfactory. When they serviced it they hit a reset button put an address in and it worked. I picked it up put in an address. Within 500 ft it stopped working. I returned after discussion they decided to order a new part. The next day they called and informed me that the part is on back order. I am an old man but though somewhat senile I know one should do a little research. If they did they would discover that the part had a history of failing. More
