My visit to the Dckson City dealership was to obtain service on a recall notice I had received and accomplished my mission. idk Look, my experience was just fine. My problem is the fact that my vehicle clearly has malfunctioning part(s), and I deliberately requested the mechanic sits down in the car with me so My problem is the fact that my vehicle clearly has malfunctioning part(s), and I deliberately requested the mechanic sits down in the car with me so I can show him precisely what is wrong with my vehicle. A representative did in fact sit in my car, and he did in fact confirm that my vehicle (the front speakers) were malfunctioning. The malfunction was extremely evident, as my speakers are crackling as if they have been blown out...well, after my car was in the bay for roughly 25 minutes, I followed up with the service representative at the desk, and he told me the mechanic did not find any defects, and my vehicle was 'functioning as intended' More

Keeran was excellent through the entire buying process and extremely nice. 1 I had my 2018 Hyundai into Dickson City Dealership on Thursday, April 20, 2023. I had it in for the Oil Consumption Test. My car had next to no.oil in it after I checked the oil dip stick last November 2 Thursday, April 20, 2023. I had it in for the Oil Consumption Test. My car had next to no.oil in it after I checked the oil dip stick last November 2022. Oil lite coming off &.on. I drove to Hyundai in Dickson City PA & the technician added oil. Then in March of 2023, my Oil Lite went on again. It was 10:30 pm , I was at Wal Mart. I.added 5 gallons of Oil, Quaker State. I made appt w/Hyundai for April 20. Oil consumption test began. Plus I needed a passenger headlight, low beam, installed. I paid 35.42 for bulb/labor & light still doesn't work. I asked Mgr Dustin to reimburse me the $35.00. He said No. I have been coming to Hyundai Dealership since 2007, 16 years & have owned 3 Hyundai Sonata's & Leased (1) Elantra. Also on April 20th, car went in for Inspection, didn't pass. Paid for Emissions test. Car has 71,000 miles. Also paid $50.00 deductible foe Oil Compression Test. Total bill was $ 137.23 I had a 15% coupon & Dustin, Service Mgr would not honor it because it wasn't a current coupon. All I could say is for many years the Service Mgr worked with the customers @ Hyundai in Dickson City. Not today. I'm very disappointed. I will not be buying another Hyundai vehicle.
