Horrible experience I was told items were wrong with my car that I know were not. After I left, I went to start my car the next day and it wouldn’t start. It was not the I was told items were wrong with my car that I know were not. After I left, I went to start my car the next day and it wouldn’t start. It was not the battery. I had it towed back. Amazingly enough, then there were new items wrong with my car. No one could ever tell me why my car wouldn’t start at my home and miraculously starting working at Hyundai. I finally got to pick it up at 5pm and my range readout doesn’t work now. This is crazy that I have to spend my time at this dealership 2 days! I am so disappointed in a company that is just looking to make money by doing work not needed and then screwing up other parts! More

Excellant My original goal for my service, was an oil change. However, after an inspection by the mechanic (which is one of the main reasons I come to Dickson C My original goal for my service, was an oil change. However, after an inspection by the mechanic (which is one of the main reasons I come to Dickson City Hyundai) they came with a list of suggestions that could be improved upon, such as a transmission tune up, an engine air filter replacement (it was pretty filthy) and a couple of other items that I haven't considered. Despite the five hours I spent there, I know it was well worth it, and I'd never complain if someone was taking their time to do the job correctly. More

Screwed We bought a new vehicle was told one price for vehicle and after singing the paper work realized it was another price more than I was quoted and got We bought a new vehicle was told one price for vehicle and after singing the paper work realized it was another price more than I was quoted and got low balled on trade in and when I asked about it was told it was in the price originally told and never told how long the loan was for.I wasn’t shown all the paperwork because of printer problems I felt I got ripped off and I would never buy a vehicle from Dickson City Hyundai again nor would I recommend them to anyone they are abounch of schisters More
