Disappointed in first time service appointment. Knowing that Hyandai and Kia are sister companies and being a former Kia owner, I was disappointed that my “free” inspection was not free. I was charged $55 for emissions, Kia never charged me anything. I only have this lease four months and shouldn’t have even needed an inspection. Also Kia washed and vacuumed my vehicle after servicing it. Not the case here. More

Sat with a sales person about an hr they ran my credit and everything but refused to give me a price because I did not want to test drive a vehicle. They would not give me a price on my trade in because I did not want ro test drive a car. I said why would I test drive a car I need a price 1st so I know if I can afford it or not because if I know I can't afford it why would we waste our time test driving it. After that they said they would call me with numbers. Never heard back from them . I will not buy a hyundai ever again or especially never take my car back there 4 servicing. More
