Appointment for oil change and inspection told Appointment for inspection and oil change. Called me to tell me 2 filters needed to be replaced told them my husband will replace them.my husband went Appointment for inspection and oil change. Called me to tell me 2 filters needed to be replaced told them my husband will replace them.my husband went to change the filters and they were fine still white at the same time check the oil change they were supposed to do and it was very dirty and oil filter was not changed. This was check the very next day because my Granddaughter, my daughter and I are going to South Carolina . So when I called the dealership they started to give me the run around until I asked for the boss. This is not fair to me and when I return home I will do everything in my power to get to the bottom of this situation. Ladies watch out they think we are stupid. More
