Mixed Salespeople were nice although I did not do my due diligence I guess because I thought my 2016 se would be equivalent to this 2019 I'm disappointed as Salespeople were nice although I did not do my due diligence I guess because I thought my 2016 se would be equivalent to this 2019 I'm disappointed as days go by I realize this one has far less features and I dont like it neat as much I assumed wrongly it would have a CD player which I used no CD fog lights I used no fog lights capability for roof rack as it's a utility vehicle not capable had Sirius radio on last one no sirius no electric drive seat etcetc it's a extremely striped down version and costs me 65 more a month I used my fog lights cosplayer a lit and I was planning on putting g a roofrack on my last tuscon if I kept it but this isn't able to do that its practical bare bones and I should have asked more questions s I guess I'll keep it for 3 years More

Not just any vehicle a dependable built tough and can stand up to NEPA winter road conditions. I previously had a 2007 sante fe and it was fantastic ! I was extremely pleased with the vehicle. The service Dept was not run properly. That is the reason why I did not return until now to purchase a new Hyundai. I am hoping the service Dept is under better management so my car care will be as easy as driving my lovely new Tucson. More

Horrible Dropped my car off at 11 a.m. and told then I needed it done by 4p.m. the latest because of work. No one ever called me to tell me it was ready so when I called at 4p.m. they said he has been ready waiting for me. I went to pick up my car and asked why no one called me and the girl who took care of me was extremely rude and didn't show any concern at home you I was. When I got home I noticed my car was very poorly detailed, the backseat still had pawprints on it as well as the inside of the doors were dirty also theoutside of my car was clearly poorly washed because the back of my car was still dirty. Unbelievable!! I will NEVER buy another car from dickson city Hyundai ever again and I have been a long time customer!! More
