I like the dealership & I really liked the salesman Dan but, I bought a 2020 Tuson and was never shown anything about the interior of the SUV. This dealership has convinced me to never buy another Hyundai again. We purchased our car from Miller Hyundai in NY and had a wonderful experience but each time we take our car into Dickson City Hyundai Hyundai again. We purchased our car from Miller Hyundai in NY and had a wonderful experience but each time we take our car into Dickson City Hyundai we have trouble. They had the wrong warranty information initially so we had to apply for reimbursement for a repair. Then just recently we took it in because of a noise. . . They once again didn't have our warranty information even though we've had to use it a few times in the past. Then it was going to be $104 just to diagnose the problem. . . Well they replaced two sway bars which was covered by the warranty with a $100 deductible but when I drove it home it still creaked. I called them back they said they'd look again and would wave another diagnosis fee. However because we had our brakes done else where (because it was $300 cheaper) they said they would have to charge the diagnosis fee after all because they weren't the ones to replace the brake pads . . .brakes aren't covered by the warranty anyway so it shouldn't matter. I'm so tired of the over charging and constant hassle. And now when everyone is having a hard time economically they are charging just to tell you they'll charge you triple the price anywhere else! I skipped the diagnosis and am taking my car to someone that actually cares about people! After paying $100 for something to be fixed that wasn't even the problem and then to be told they were gonna charge another 100 just to maybe get it right this time. . . Not acceptable! The condescending attitude when relaying information was totally uncalled for. Even if somethings are a matter of Hyundai policy a little kindness wouldn't hurt when talking to customers! Congratulations customer lost! More
