I had an appointment for 10am. I waited for my car to be done until after 1:00pm. I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait. We’ve made appointments on Saturdays and waited like that. I thought a Wednesday morning would alleviate this long wait. We have purchased several cars from DCH and have been very satisfied. The service department is another story. We live close to a hour away so getting it serviced there is inconvenient and then the wait makes us not want to continue making that drive. More
Was given a 7:45am appointment when the doors didn’t open till 8am. My husband and I waited outside for 1/2 hour. No apologies offered by Brandon, just told that they don’t open till 8 and 7:45 is drop off t till 8am. My husband and I waited outside for 1/2 hour. Then I’m told my car needs a tire which we knew, and that it would be another hour before the tire would even get there! Took our business to Firestone. We got in and out and they gave us a discount for coming to them. More

The Palisade was the 3rd Hyundai we purchased from Dickson City Hyundai since our 1st Santa Fe in 2003 then our 2007 Entourage. We LOVE the service dept.....the guys in the garage taking care of our Dickson City Hyundai since our 1st Santa Fe in 2003 then our 2007 Entourage. We LOVE the service dept.....the guys in the garage taking care of our vehicle....the parts dept is always right there for us with the correct parts....Pete is a keeper....smart.....personable ..he just knows his stuff! Can't forget about Anthony in the finance dept....very personable and made signing ALL those papers hassle free.....in the management dept....Ray was "Johnny On The Spot" we really wanted the Moonlight Cloud and Ray, without hesitation, found us one and had it delivered the VERY NEXT DAY.....I mean....how awesome is that!!!..Oh....and of course the sales dept.....this was our first interaction with Vinny and I'll tell you what....he was flat out....one word.....AWESOME!! Vinny is very personable.....very friendly and very knowledgeable. He made it a breeze from the first 'Elbow Smash" (Can't shake hands due to Covid-19) right to the handing my wife the keys....ya know....the WIFE IS the boss. I look forward to my first service appt. to go up there and say "Hi" to everyone. Keep up the GREAT work!!! More

I am so pleased with my experience! From the moment i got there i was greeted and welcomed with a pleasant attitude! Was asked numerous times if i wanted something to drink, i explained to Jon that i got there i was greeted and welcomed with a pleasant attitude! Was asked numerous times if i wanted something to drink, i explained to Jon that i dont have the greatest credit and i am at the point where i want a “newer” car! I always was raised to not get your hopes up and after showing Jon my paystubs and info he needed he came out and said “ I HAVE GREAT NEWS”. He got me into a beautiful 2017 Nissan Rogue AWD and i couldn’t any happier!! Thank You Jon! AND Thank You Anthony Tooson I look forward to seeing you in about 2 yesrs and trading it in for a bigger SUV!! YOU GUYS ROCK!! More

Had oil change 8/1/20. Process was timely. However upon picking up car it was obvious little measures taken to protect customer from exposure. Other dealerships are using paper mat covers on seats and mats and cleaning up after service. I am sure your customers would appreciate that as well. I had to purchase new vehicle after paying for new differential and only a day after having that done i had to come back in because differential fluiding was flowing out back of car which i was informed was fixed. Then i was told i would need to pay over another 1000 to get repaired. I was not pleased at that time with service. I want to believe that this is not a trend but I do have reservations. More
