I purchased a Hyundai Tucson 2020 a few hours after I received a call because the vehicle is on recall I was not aware of it I would not have purchased it no one on your team made me aware of the recall. received a call because the vehicle is on recall I was not aware of it I would not have purchased it no one on your team made me aware of the recall. I feel like something like this should have been mentioned right when I was purchasing it that way I could have made a decision on whether I wanted to continue or not also I made an appointment once I got the phone call to get the recall fixed called the day before 2 to verify my employment and they told me the time but then when I went up at the time that they told me they said there was no record of my appointment and told me I would have to wait an additional 2 hours to get it fixed which set me back for other appointments I had during that day. Your Finance guy Mike didn't completely explain everything to me at time of purchase I later found out that I am paying much more interest then I would have rather. I feel like this dealership has very bad communication skills with their customers which makes for very poor professionalism. This will be the only car I ever purchase from this dealer ship and I will never recommend it to anyone. More

Service is always excellent at DCH. Tom was very helpful. I had rain guards installed, weather tech mats installed, and an oil change on my 2020 Tucson. I was in and out in about 65 minutes.
